Happy National Chocolate Week!
You may not know this, but….. I am a chocoholic.
I love any type, colour, or flavour (excluding coffee) of chocolate, and Easter is my favourite holiday (well…. after Christmas, I suppose – only thanks to Thorntons). So imagine my delight when I logged onto the internet this morning and the words ‘National Chocolate Week’ popped up on my screen! In fact I ran straight to the nearest cafe and bought a large hot chocolate (with cream, of course) to celebrate.
As my part towards helping the world give homage to National Chocolate Week, I am going to bake a chocolatey delight, so keep an eye out for that later this week! As an extra something to look forward to I will also be posting a lovely recipe for chocolate gingerbread hearts, aka, the most success I’ve ever had with baking 
As well as the baking, I’m hopefully going to be posting some photography that I’ve been working on this week, and also catching up with the Photograph of the Sunday posts – they’re all ready for their debut now, so hopefully I can be organised
It’s going to be a very busy week this week, but I’m sure the chocolate I manage to squeeze in will make it all worth while
